Demo of the month by far, this one, from Newport-centric purveyors of carefully prescribed noise, Chang. It's like Godflesh playing Captain Beefheart or a harder, more mischievous Shellac. Live, they're awe-inspiring. A tighter than thou bass and drums rhythm section supports bursts of guitar and hammer-shamanic antics of front-man Dave who tried to knock himself unconscious at a gig in Le Pub in March.
